bcdkeyI grabbed the starting hold with a cross (so the left hand is on top of it) then reached for the two small holds on the macro and pinched it with the right, and then bumped while standing up to the next good hold with the right hand. The trick is to load your foot in the correct direction so it doesn’t slip
