KonneI'm having trouble with the first two moves (kneebar right leg is obvious but I keep losing tension on it once I try to change my hands?!) and the last to moves (I'm able to get into the left shoulder, but then I always shuffle my feet and don't know where to put them in order to get my right hand onto the next-to last hold). JuliusIn the beginning it’s key to not take your hands towards the hold where the knee bar is placed but to match the right starting hold and then move further out. The last sequence was the crux for me but in the end it’s all about crossing and keeping your feet on the right instead of left. Still pretty powerful. Hopefully that helps!
