Dano@lupido after the start: right hand grabs the foothold on the volume then I match the volume withe left foot then I hand-foot match the right hand/foothold.step up into the sloper then left foot out on the starting hold then l go litte bit dynamic for the right sloper (it's better higher on the holde ) the top hold is pretty good
