RohbaertEs ist schon komisch, wie sich das eigene Körperempfinden innerhalb einer Woche verändern kann. Zu Beginn der Woche fühlte ich mich noch schwer und unfit. Es fiel mir schwer Routen zu lesen und zu verstehen, was sich die Schrauber*innen gedacht haben. Das ging so weit, dass ich überlegt habe, ob das Bouldern noch der richtige Sport für mich ist.
Aber mit jeder Session der Woche habe ich mich stärker gefühlt und am heutigen Tag hat es dann sogar gereicht, um diese schöne Route im Schwierigkeitsgrad #fb7a von @candyclimbing zu packen. Was ein großartiges Gefühl endlich mal wieder ein schwarzes Projekt zu beenden. Mit dem richtigen Mindset klappt es auch wieder mit der Liebe zum Bouldern und der besten Boulderhalle❤️ #bouldern #bouldernmachtglücklich #bertablock #bertablockboulderhalle #bouldering #boulderninberlin #climbing #klettern #sport #sports #fitness #motivation #mindset #gopro
