    johnbeeneHi @sergey1kabanov my start is the same as @singapursling but I'm closer to your size, so here is my video as reference. It's sort of a deadpoint, no need to lock off. Relax and lean back on the start holds and launch your hip in/up towards the wall. You have a half second as your hip is rising before it starts falling to grab the hold with your left. I saw a lot of people trying to lock off in really awkward cramped positions on these slippery grips, and there shouldn't be a need to do that. Good luck, it's a lovely peoblem!
