Wambopersonally i do small jump footswaps twice, one on the second foothold that you go up on with the right foot at the start, then again on the next foothold. for that one i push down with my hand on one of those handholds for a bit of stability during the swap. the third foothold after that, i also footswap but without jump, trying to slowly get the other foot on and the other foot off.
