after a lot of rope #climbing and #fightingthepump i came up with the idea of putting #traverses at one of the #blocs to train for some #endurance 🔋
...
yesterday we did a reset of sectors TOPROPE, WAVE, PANORAMA and TORNADO @bertablockboulderhalle and I set traverses in different levels at the #TORNADO where you have to #circle around instead of climbing up - the start is also the end and all starting holds are in the same area so you can go for another spin within another difficulty 🏁

the #combinations are almost endless and you can change direction and go around the other way ↔️
