- ole.zeltAnd it teaches you to split dynamic challenges into sub-sequences: 1) hips to wall 2) jump at deadpoint. This can magically turn big jumps into small hops. 💫 I tried to exaggerate this a bit for the video to make it clear. Hope this is helpful for some to work on it? 🤔
