natalia_s@jasmin I hope this helps! :) the top can also be done in one move (right hand on the jug and push from the foot hold, instead of matching), that's how I did it originally, and it felt more natural balance-wise, but matching works better when feeling weak.

AlexNicely done! Very elegant. π I had to reverse and back step on the little foothold at 0:30, which worked surprisingly well. Just in case others with as bad hip mobility have problems with this section.
